In the heart of Cabo Roig, within a private and exclusive residential area, this elegant house is located, designed to combine luxury, privacy, and comfort. The location is unbeatable: next to the beautiful seafront promenade and very close to restaurants, bars, and all services, in a quiet and safe area.
The property is entirely exterior, very bright and with views of the swimming pool. It has 3 bedrooms with capacity for 6 people, all with air conditioning and televisions. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, while the rest of the house has an additional full bathroom; both with modern and functional shower.
The interior stands out for its modern and fully equipped kitchen, integrated into a cosy space ideal for sharing. The house is designed for long stays with all amenities: high-speed wifi, washing machine and alarm system for greater peace of mind.
The true protagonist is the large terrace, facing southeast to enjoy the sun throughout the day. Furnished with a table and loungers, it offers beautiful views of the residential complex's swimming pool, the perfect spot to relax outdoors.

Mycket bra boende och mycket vänlig och hjälpsam värd. Hade några små saker som inte fungerade vid ankomst med rättades snabbt till. Fin lägenhet och uteplats, parkering precis utanför dörren, bra wifi och Ac och mycket trevligt poolområde. Närhet tisee more
